Cancellations & Refunds Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for the monthly AI Assistant services provided by Surff-AI.

1. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To initiate a cancellation, you must provide written notice via email to support@surff-ai.com.

Notice Period: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least five (5) business days before your next scheduled payment date.

Service After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your AI Assistant service will remain active and fully functional until the end of your current paid billing period. At the conclusion of this period, the AI Assistant will be deactivated and removed from your website.

2. Refund Policy

No Refunds for Partial Months: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, subscription downgrades, or unused months for an open account. The monthly fee is billed in advance and is non-refundable.

No Refunds for Setup Fees: Any one-time setup fees that may be charged for custom work are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Exceptions: In the rare event of a prolonged service outage or a billing error on our part, we will work with you to provide a credit or refund on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your service, please send an email to support@surff-ai.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request". Please include your business name in the body of the email. We will confirm receipt of your request within two (2) business days.

4. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, our system will attempt to re-process it. If the payment continues to fail, your service may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
